Basically, Section 1/1A & 1B treated as Dangerous Goods to be handled. For Section II if export from HK require Battery Declaration, MSDS & UN report for checking. The cargoes should be stick with appropriate label for shipping. Above is the general info for the classification / Label / packing / weight restriction and other precaution for your reference.
If Lithium Battery are exported from China, according to the requirements of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the consignor needs to provide the following identification report for checking:
1.UN38.3
2. Third-party identification of non-restrictive items issued by the authorized company (such as the Guangzhou Chemical Industry Research Institute, Shanghai Chemical Industry Research Institute, Guangzhou Wei Kai test center issued a report)
